The entire plant consists of two trailers only 40 feet.
Trailer No.1 consists of 2/3 bin cold aggregate feeder, Thermo-drum unit with burner, 1 kl fuel tank, primary dust collector, exhaust system and Load out conveyor.
40 feet Trailer no. 2 consists of 10 Ton cap. Bitumen tank and control cabin with centralized & computerized control Panel or optionally Bitumen Tank & control cabin can be separately transported on wheels by Tractor also as per customer’s choice.
This Mobile plant does not need any crane for erection at site and can be put into operation in 2/3 days only. It is therefore, really a tactical piece of equipment for hilly remote areas and for small quantity works.
The Plant combines aesthetic with comfort for the operator & makes plant operation maintenance easier. From control cabin, the operator can control discharge of hot-mix into tipper with full clear vision. A painful task of dismounting and remounting of stationary plant when transferred, are suppressed by this mobile model.

The bins are all-welded & modular in construction, permitting easy addition of bins to meet growing needs. Steep bin walls and valley angles allow free flow of aggregates from the feeders minimizing hold up to materials in the corners and bridging with sticky aggregates.
